Post No. 111
On November 25th at about two in the afternoon, Debbie and I were pronounced husband and wife in a quiet ceremony at the Sonoma county clerk’s office. We had left the house with the intention of picking up our marriage license, then choosing a day to be married in the coming week, but once we got to the clerk’s office we were so filled with love and happiness about the marriage we wanted to be married at once. Once we filled out the license, we asked the clerk when the next available wedding date would be…she said that we could do it monday…we asked one more time if there was anyway we could do it sooner…she smiled and asked us if right now would work…we both said YES!! After a short wait, she asked us to follow her and we entered the little chapel. We stood under the archway holding hands and recited our vows. We were so happy we couldn’t contain it! I said “I do” before she was even finished with the first part of the ceremony. In the image at the top of this post you can see the woman that preformed the ceremony on the right.

I once thought I knew what love was..then I met Debbie..now I experience the full depth of love and friendship. I am a lucky person to be able to live my life along side her.
I have found what people refer to as their soul mate. We are truly two pieces of stardust from the same star and now that we have found each other in this infinite universe, WE SHINE…very brightly!!
